Material Verification

raw material undergoes composition analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional verification before production. We maintain approved supplier relationships with regular compliance audits.

In-Process Control

Components are inspected at key production stages through calibrated measuring tools and controlled quality procedures. Critical assemblies are verified for alignment, fitment, and operational accuracy to ensure dependable performance and OEM compliance.

Testing & Validation

Pressure vessels tested at 1.5x working pressure. Assemblies undergo functional testing including valve flow verification, filter pressure drop measurement, and performance validation against specifications.

Final Inspection

Every product receives dimensional verification, visual inspection, and functional testing before packaging. Non-conforming items trigger immediate corrective action.

Complete Traceability

Comprehensive documentation ensures full traceability: material certificates, inspection reports, test certificates, calibration records, and batch tracking. Material certificates and test reports available on request for critical components.

Performance Assurance

Our replacement spares are designed to perform equivalent to OEM components in fit, function, and service life under normal operating conditions–when properly installed and maintained.
